What is Wood Varnish? 

The basic purpose of varnish is to create a durable waterproof barrier whilst enriching the beautiful natural characteristics of the wood surface. Wood varnish can be used both internally and externally on a multitude of different wooden surfaces including furniture, fencing, flooring and more.  

How Does Wood Varnish Work? 

Instead of completely ‘covering’ the wood in a different colour, varnish instead soaks into the wood finish to enhance the raw natural colour and protect it from external elements.
