Have a Delivery Issue?


Shopping online can sometimes be a daunting process, particularly when those orders involve taking precise measurements. That's why we aim to make this process as hassle-free as possible and can be contacted by phone or email between 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 4pm on Friday. 

That said, you may have a few simple questions about our delivery processes. So, please find some information on our delivery processes as well as a few things to consider when placing your order. 

When Placing Your Order

Before placing your order, we ask that you double-check the delivery charge breakdown in your cart.  Please note, that delivery outside the UK mainland (e.g. to Ireland or the Scottish Highland) may incur additional charges.

If you find the cost of delivery too high, this will typically be due to multiple brands featuring in the same order. We recommend keeping your materials and fixings in the same brand wherever possible.

If you were expecting free delivery as a result of an offer, please confirm the offer criteria. It may be that free delivery is only available at a certain order value or with certain brands. If this is the case, the free delivery will still apply to those brands within your cart.

All delivery dates are estimated and only include working days. We will always aim to get your items to you within this time frame but cannot guarantee it. All orders placed after 12pm, during the weekend and on a bank holiday, will not be processed until the next working day. 

We recommend reading our terms & conditions and Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy. It is your responsibility to read these and agree to them when placing your order. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or email. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, such as those caused by the manufacturer or courier. In the case of a supply issue or delivery delay, our team will get in touch as soon as possible to provide an update on your order. 

After Placing Your Order

Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation will immediately be sent to the email address provided. This will confirm all of the items in your order, how much you have been charged, and the delivery address. Should you find any of this information to be incorrect, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.

Following this, you will also receive a separate email with your estimated delivery date. When you receive this email will depend upon the estimated delivery time for the products ordered. If an item has a delivery time of 1 - 2 days, you may receive the email within a few hours. If a product has a delivery time of 1 - 2 weeks, it may come a few days later.

Whilst we can provide this estimated date, we will be unable to provide an exact time slot in most circumstances. This being the case, we would advise that you have someone available to sign for your order throughout the day. Also be aware that, depending on your order, your items may be split into multiple deliveries.

As we are only able to provide estimated delivery dates, we recommend that you do not employ any tradespeople until after your order has been received in full.

Before Your Delivery

To ensure we can provide fast and effective delivery to as much of the UK as possible we use various carriers. We always aim for your delivery to be prompt; however, we do ask that you consider a few points to help avoid unnecessary delays or additional charges.

First of all, we ask that you make us aware of any restricted access in advance. You can do this by filling out the ‘delivery message’ box when completing your order or by contacting us directly. Please note that we consider the following restricted access:

  • Double yellow lines
  • A red route
  • Narrow lanes
  • Width restricted roads
  • Low bridges
  • Steep hills

We can pass on any information we receive to our carriers to ensure your delivery is as smooth as possible. Should we need more information, please be aware that a member of our team may be in touch.

Should you live in a remote area, we would also ask that you provide guidance where possible to help our carriers find you. Again, you can fill out the ‘delivery message’ box when placing your order or contact us.

As outlined in our terms and conditions, we do not offer an offloading service. It is important that can accept your goods as delivered. This includes larger or heavy items, having the ability and willingness to manually offload these goods or mechanical offloading facilities at your disposal. Should you require special assistance or need mechanical offloading facilities, you must inform us when placing your order as an additional charge may apply.

Finally, we ask that you make sure that somebody is available at the delivery address on the estimated delivery date to accept the order as they may need to be signed for. If no one is available to sign the goods will not be left at the address. If you would like your items to be left in a safe location within an adjoining building, please let us know either in the ‘delivery message’ box when placing your order or by contacting us as soon as possible after completing your purchase.

On Your Delivery Date

We ask that you please ensure somebody is in on the day of your delivery to sign for your goods. It is also recommended that you check all the items you expected to arrive have done so and that none are damaged, before signing for them.

Should you find that your items are damaged, please do not accept them. If you find that some items are missing or discover damage at a later point, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by clicking here. Any delay more than this and we may not be able to provide an adequate replacement.

It may be the case that your items are coming from multiple locations. If this is the case, you will have multiple delivery dates. We will notify you separately when each of these has been dispatched. If you haven’t received this or don’t have an estimated delivery date, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Checking Your Delivery Status

If you are logged into your account when you make your order, you will be able to track its progress online. If you were not logged in or do not have an account, you can check your order's status by contacting us. Please be aware that you will be asked for your order number, as well as confirmation of the name and address on the order. We will not be able to discuss an order without first confirming this with you.
